Before a post goes public we check the business: website and work-email match, EIN, address and phone, then a person on our team approves it. Verified employers get a blue badge.
What does 'reliability' mean?
It's a simple score from your shift history: completed shifts raise it, no-shows lower it. New workers start at 80%. At 85% with a verified ID you can book open shifts instantly.
Do employers pay to message applicants?
No. Replying to applicants is always free. Employers pay for more live jobs, boosts, instant booking and managed staffing.

Every job must show a pay range before it can be published, and we flag rates below the local minimum wage.
